INFINOX spreads and trading costs | How much can a rebate save?

When comparing costs, looking at the spread alone misses things. Add spread, commission and swap together, then subtract the rebate, to get your true net cost.

What the cost is made of

  • Spread: the difference between bid and ask, the most common cost.
  • Commission: charged per lot on some accounts (e.g. raw-spread).
  • Swap: charged for positions held overnight.

Where the rebate fits

A rebate does not change the spread; it refunds part of your cost outside the trade, so: net cost ~ spread cost - rebate. The more you trade, the more it offsets cost.

How to estimate

Use the rebate calculator to estimate a monthly rebate (rebate per lot x lots x trades); exact spreads/commissions follow INFINOX's official figures.
